ベイパークを選んだ理由の一つに高齢ドライバーと子どもの生活圏を切り離したいっていうのがあった。 たとえ駅前物件で周辺は歩車分離して歩道が広くても、駅前商業が発展していて交通量が多いエリアはそれだけでコントロールしきれないリスクに晒すことになっちゃうから。

歩き回って疲れたのか妻と娘が寝てしまったので簡単に晩ご飯の支度して🏃 昨日ベイパークの先輩に教わったように、走って呼吸がキツくなってきたら歩いてまた走るを繰り返して距離伸ばした。初ナイキアプリのレコーディングと思いきやホールド忘れててアプリ落ちてた😂夕焼け綺麗だったな〜

物件名が既にでてる大型再開発はもちろん、南流山も本八幡駅前も新船橋日鐵跡地も船橋市場JR社宅跡地も津田沼パルコ跡地もモリシア跡地も習志野鷺沼第二奏の杜？も西千葉東大跡地も千葉塚本ビルも全部楽しみ。

巷でお買い得と呼ばれるベイパークも庶民の中の庶民であるミシマ家には冷や汗かくような背伸びした買い物で、 水平比較で周りを見回すと目が回りそうだけど、垂直比較で見れば「今よりも良く」を重ねてきたからこそ選べたと思うとちょっと選べた事自体がちょっと嬉しい☺️

昨日、近所の船橋行ったんです。船橋。そしたらなんか人がめちゃくちゃいっぱいで座れないんです。で、よく見たらなんか垂れ幕下がってて、プレミストタワー船橋坪500万～、とか書いてあるんです。もうね、アホかと。馬鹿かと。お前らな、坪500万如きで普段来てない船橋に来てんじゃねーよ、ボケが。

今後も下駄の商業棟はDOCKと同じような感じでチェーン店ではない飲食店を招致する方向なのかな。総合病院やウェルステイトに訪れた人がなんか買っていけるミニスーパーとかせっかく自然がテーマで子連れが遊びに来れる公開空地がウリのライズだからパン屋さんとかがあの辺りに欲しいんだけどなあ

これが分かってたので賃貸派の兄を半ば強引にMRに連れてって営業さんと二人でこの駅前再開発とららぽ競馬場含めた南船橋の伸びしろについて熱く語って購入に至った話。正直入居して不満だらけだったらとかなりドキドキしてたけど快適そうに暮らしたのでとても嬉しい😸

背伸びしてベイパークを選べた理由の一つに同じ広さで比較的手頃に住めるベイタウンが隣接してたこと。共働きの事情が変わって月々のローン支払いがキツくなったら売却してベイタウンに移れば子どもの学区を変えずに中学卒業まで友達と一緒にすごせるな、と。

初めての相棒はこの子！オールブラックのペガサス41にしました〜🎉 ・ナイキ ボメロ18 ・アディダス アディゼロ Sl2 ・アシックス ノヴァブラスト5 ・NB フレッシュフォーム880/1080 と履き比べて、お店の人からも色々教えてもらったのに、最後は足を入れた時のフィーリングとデザインで選んじゃった笑

川越に遊びに行った時に池袋で何が食べたいか聞いたらパパとママが学生時代に行ってた店！って言われて、桑ばら行ってカウンターに並んで食べたんだけど実家に友達が来たかのような不思議さ😂まだ11時でお客さん少ないから子ども行けるか聞いたら快諾のうえ心遣いまでしてもらって恐縮してしまった🙏

マンクラのような某内装屋、過去に見積取ったことあるんだけどインテリアオプションレベルの高値で、頼むメリットを感じなかったのでその半額で出してきた別業者にお願いしたけど仕上がりとても満足している。でも盛況のようだから金額は差し置いても腕は確かなのだろうな🐼

オナスタで食器棚って結構するなと思いながらオーダーしたけど、インテリアオプションでW1200・扉材合わせ・天板御影石でオーダーしようとするとトンデモ値段になりそうだから頼んでおいて良かったかも

今アウトレットで3000円くらいで買ったアディダスの普段使い兼用のランニングシューズとユニクロの上下各1000円くらいのウェアで走る無課金ランナーだったから、せめて靴くらいとスポーツ用品店へ。色々試し履きして最初の相棒決めてきました☺️欲しい色が在庫なかったので取り寄せ。届くの楽しみ〜
