12-week hybrid training programme
This free 12-week programme is open to all levels and designed to build strength, endurance and performance through hybrid style training. Blending running, functional fitness and strength training you'll accelerate your training. It’s all about staying consistent, getting fitter and training with purpose over summer. This programme is delivered through our TechnoGym app meaning you can keep training anywhere, even while you’re away.
This programme also includes an optional group session at Hiwa to train together, get race ready and connect with your peers. Please select the timeslot that you are likely to attend, you do not need to attend all sessions.
If you could prefer to train on your own and won't be attending group sessions please select Technogym (online) program only.
