no joke I actually think the term "newfag" was created and forced by glowies on 4cuck to destabilize and divide their site when it was new, and "nusoi" was created and forced by the same people for the same reason
both terms are CIA level psychological warfare that use populist style "us vs them" talking points and pin them against the userbase themselves rather than an outside force. it plays into both the inherent desire all humans have to fit in and the inherent distrust towards perceived outsiders that all humans have, and these two things allow them to ensure that the site will never pose a threat of any kind.
