Question: Why do Woolie and Liam hate Haim Saban so much?

I've been watching the Command Mission LP and they started dissing Haim Saban, and I've never really been a huge fan of power rangers or anything so I don't really get why, I know it's been edited from Super Sentai but they mentioned Chroma Squad having to say it was inspired by Power Rangers and not Super Sentai being something that they disliked. Anyone mind explaining this to me?

EDIT: Thanks for all the replies folks, never knew thats why sentai shit was so rare in the west, what a shame.

Haim Saban has a history of often frivolous litigation which he uses to bully people who try to use sentai or other transforming heroes in media, basically saying he owns the rights to costumed heroes. He has on many occasions forced other projects to change or be cancelled. He gets away with it because most of the time he doesn't even need to win, he just needs to force the other party out of money. There was a period in the mid 2000's that allowed sentai and other costumed heroes to be brought over officially, because Disney bought Power Rangers, (along with all other Saban properties) but Haim bought the rights back in the late 2000's bringing us to where we are today. Anyone who even tries to make a transforming hero has to walk on eggshells or be sued out of existance by a billionaire who lives in Israel and doesn't actually care about international copyright law.

I'm pretty sure Disney rangers were the biggest reason on how we got Kamen rider Ryuuki/dragon knight into the states. And also why we havent gotten another rider since.

One of them, yeah. Disney execs may be awful, but they know how to make money and they know when fighting something is stupid.
