For those who think 
Zhang Xuezheng aka Wing Zhang can do whatever he pleases: Zhang is just a shareholder and CEO of Nexperia’s parent Wingtech, which is a listed company in China, and was Nexperia’s CEO and director before the suspension. He does NOT wholly own Wingtech and he is NOT even a shareholder of Nexperia at all. So he’s definitely not free to transfer Nexperia funds to any of his own company at will, especially when the transfer involved suspicious orders. That’s what prompted Nexperia’s executives to take legal actions and go to the Amsterdam Court of Appeal and also seek help from 
Ministry of Economic Affairs due to the strategic nature of Nexperia.
