Hostbrr - Reliable and steady

I just quickly want to acknowledge Hostbrr. They don't ad themselves much I don't think, but genuinely, I couldn't be a happier customer. The price is on point, and the uptime + speed has me impressed. I was just checking on some of my stuff and through the whole year I've only had ANY downtime when they had been upgrading their infra. I don't usually go out of my way to give my opinion or review on things, but these guys have really earned my respect. Thanks guys.

Aside from their Singapore web hosting lineup, their service is top notch. I have a storagebox with them and have had 2 VPS with them in past and no complaint so far.
I just wished @labze would hire someone to cover his sleep time so ticket response time would be a little faster but it's not that bad :)
He is a rare few provider which landed in my signature.

    I totally agree.
I don't have their vpses but I've had their BF 50gb cpanel host for almost a year and it has been great.
Their support is also very responsive. They usually answer in less than 2 hours.
All in all @labze is great.

Happy to confirm, my Hostbrr / @labze VPS I got in April has been running and performing really well and uptime is 100% so far.

  • I have also 2 vps from Hostbrr, and I have only good opinions from they service!

  • agxlagxl Member

Like the previous speakers, I would like to say: I am also completely satisfied. I am already looking forward to new offers. It would just be nice to have a decent, modern, well-designed main website. This is by far the best hosting provider.

  • Great service and support

  • Hostbrr, I won't spend a cent on you no matter what your shills say until I find where's the catch

    HostBrr is Hetzner
    But Hetzner is not HostBrr?

I guess I should @labze here. To be honest, it’s been a really stable storage VPS for me too!

  • @jsg said: Care to explain? Or was that just a joke?

He probably meant it as a joke that HostBrr used to be Hetzner reseller(dedi-to-vps).
In reality, other than their storage boxes, to my knowledge, HostBrr is fully out of Hetzner.

Hetzner or not.. Hostbrr is one of the best providers I ever used.

  • subbsubb Member

using the 500gb storage, good service at the price.

  • I'm thinking about getting their DA Reseller with pooled resources. Hope it will be good...

  • me i m lov @labze (except for the node that had an raid failure and caused high iowaits for a month)

Shill? Because we've had nothing but good service, we are shilling now? Try to keep this talk a little more mature. If you had/have issues, explain them. It's quite rude and disingenuous to just consider happy customers "shills"

My next step too actually. Been eyeing it for a bit.

If that's the case I withdraw my previous statement xD But if not, then it stands. Haha

Stability and speed are guaranteed within Germany and the price is reasonable. They don't have a lot of publicity. It has been very stable. For the most part there are no huge fluctuations in resource allocation either.

  • gtzgtz Member

The dataforest network is certainly better, among the ones I've used. Of course there are many other good networks like leaseweb

  • Big thumbs up from me too, I have a storage box and a vps, both of which are so stable I forget about them. Very nice, very good.

  • @labze Man look at the replies. You should be proud of yourself. Good job man.

It's Hetzner auction server so it's cheap.

A risk of relying on Hetzner is that, if one of the neighbors engages in abusive behavior, Hetzner would cut the network to the whole machine.
Luckily we only use this box to store backups of family photos.
