材料:
りんご(一口大に切る) 1/8個
砂糖 小さじ1
【A】強力粉 100g
【A】ぬるま湯 50ml
【A】砂糖 15g
【A】バター 10g
【A】ドライイースト 1.5g
バター 40g
溶き卵 適量
作り方:
① 耐熱容器にりんごと砂糖を入れてラップをかける。600Wの電子レンジで50秒加熱し、フォークでつぶす。
② ボウルに【A】と①を加えて混ぜる。ラップをかけて2倍の大きさになるまで発酵させ、冷凍庫で10分置く。生地を伸ばしてバターを包み、 3つ折りにして伸ばす。生地の向きを90度かえて、再度3つ折りにして伸ばす。
③ ②を12等分して4つずつ重ね、耐熱容器に入れる。溶き卵を塗り、200度に予熱したオーブンで15分程焼いたら、完成!
