Seventeen years ago, the original Julie the Tickler launched as a Flash game. When Flash was discontinued, we had to sunset it.
Over the years I kept hearing from players—curious about the story, asking if it could return. That steady interest inspired me to revive the project as a part‑time effort. Now I finally have the time and the modern tools to build Part 2.
There’s also a plan to port the classic for modern browsers, so new (and returning) players can experience where it all began.
The new game is in active development. Join the waitlist on the Free tier to get updates, or chip in on a support tier—Tip ($2) or Insider ($5)—to help shape development with behind‑the‑scenes posts and community polls. Beta access will open to eligible supporters in the coming months.
The original game took me 4 years to build. It was made in Flash, and it became very popular. But in 2010 Flash started to fade out and it finally was sunset a few years later.
Since then fan have asked an adaptation for modern browsers and I’ve done a few tries, but it is until now that I have the tools to make it happen.
