が市民団体（民商）から共産党へ出向し、党公認で選挙に出馬して落選後、復職を確約されていたのに事実無根の横領の罪を被せられ一方的に解雇。党からも処分されたので妻が原告として裁判中です。支持政党は無く日本共産党員だったこともありません。絶対に自殺はしません。
