40インチウルトラワイド（平面）からの買い替えです。曲面のおかげで、隅まで見やすいです。 OLEDなので発色が綺麗で、明暗もはっきりしています。 USB接続でソフトウェア制御できるので、ウィンドウの画面分割もできるようになります。

    40インチ超のフィリップスの4ｋ平面ディスプレーから、スクロール時の残像感解消を求めての乗り換え。画面は32インチくらいの平面ディスプレーを横方向に弧をえがくように伸長した感じ。R80で、目のところに弧の焦点位置がくるので、見やすい。たりなさそうな縦1440の解像度でもじゅうぶん。150％拡大に設定するほうが使い易い。載せてるPC用デスクの天板が1800×900でも、DTMの机上スピーカーの音場考えると、このサイズが限界。画質は未調整では鮮烈、黒は目に優しい。横スクロールで円筒画面感、強調､おもしろい。便利多機能はまあ無くても可のおまけ・・・

    ただ、まだ対処方法がわかっていないだけかもしれませんが、ゲームによって挙動が不安定になったり、デスクトップ画面が真っ暗になったりします

    29インチワイドからの乗換ですが、800Rは違和感も無く、何よりも有機ELの発色と輪郭がとても心地良いです。
    モニターアームで使用していますが、入力が背面下部にあるので、ケーブル隠しに一工夫が必要です。

    『LGキャンペーン』
    OLEDモニターを初めて使用しましたが、めちゃくちゃ色が綺麗で感動しました。
    輝度が低いという意見もありますが、自分は34GK950F-Bを使用していた際、輝度を40程度に設定するのがちょうど良く感じていたので、このOLEDモニターはむしろ明るいなと感じました。
    ピクセル配列によるテキストフリンジも自分は全く気にならないです。
    240Hzの高リフレッシュレートによる滑らかな映像表示と、この黒の表現はゲームに引き込まれます。
    あとは耐久性ですかね…価格が価格なので5年以上は使えるといいのですが…

    『LGキャンペーン』
    本格的に自宅で仕事をする事になり、ノートPCからiMacにするかMac mini+モニターの構成にするか悩みに悩み、ゲームやwebOSの付加価値、白で薄型のオシャレなデザイン、OLEDパネルでiMacのRetina displayに対抗できると信じ、本商品を購入。
    ウルトラワイドは作業効率は捗るものの、期待していた付加価値の部分がかなり残念。
    まずはwebOSだが、アマプラやネトフリ等のサブスクが最初から入っているのはいいが、画面一杯の出力に対応しておらず、上下左右に黒帯が入り、せっかくのウルトラワイドが台無しに。
    (全画面設定があるにはあるが、弄れない)
    Mac経由で全画面表示にはできるが、これならwebOSの意味がないように思う。
    あとはスピーカーが壊滅的に残念。あまり期待はしていなかったが、結構な値段がしただけにここまで酷いとは思っていなかった。
    画面の美しさ、スピーカーの良さは圧倒的にiMacに軍配が上がり、同じ値段ならstudio displayの方が遥かに幸せになれると思う。
    元々がゲーミングモニターなので、本来の使い方とは異なるのだが、期待が大きかっただけに残念なポイントが目立ってしまった。
    せっかくなので、今後はゲームも試す予定であり、そうすれば評価は大きく変わっていく可能性は十分にあるとは思う。
