現行の刑法だと量刑が軽すぎるものがあると思う。刑法の見直しを軸に訴えていくのもいいかもしれない。
オンラインでの誹謗中傷は現実の傷害と同じくらい深刻なのにもかかわらず、法律が追いついていないし、性犯罪に関しては外国と比べてもあまりに軽い。
