【兵庫県広報は誰のためのもの？】 選挙時の広報は、政治家個人の活動資金によって行われるもの 一方で、「兵庫県広報」という名のもとに行われる情報発信は、県民から集めた税金を財源とし、県職員の人件費も含めて運用される行政活動の一部。 あくまで県民のための広報であり、決して知事個人の政治活動や支持拡大のために利用されるものじゃない。 特定の個人（鎌谷氏＝かまやみひ）が、通常では考えにくい一致を見せている場合。 知事との関係性が、もし職務上の立場を、優遇したものであれば、不適切な関係と呼ばれる行為。 公職者がその立場を使い、私的な優遇扱いに持ち込むことは、到底許されていないからです。 今回の場合は、不正アクセスの前に、【公的機関の情報が私的な関係を通じて漏洩していた疑い】もあり、民主主義の信頼を損なう重大な問題だと思います‼️ #兵庫県広報 #かまやみひ
