Di ka nireplyan ibig sabihin totoo haha Actually it's all about the attitude naman when it comes to selling. Ang daming time makipag sagutan ng seller alam mo talaga may attitude problem yung pamilya nila haha which is yun kinainis ng buyer. May pera yung buyer I doubt magiging big issue to if di payabang na squammy yung seller.
Op from the other post says mocking na daw tono nung tao sa shop tapos nag offer pa I buyback 25k daw which I think yun yung di nya nagustuhan
Yes possible din naman talagang nasira nya pala kahit walang apparent physical cracks/damage pero from experience yung ganung biglang nalabas na linya I experienced 5 days from using a brand new laptop and turns out defective talaga and seller replaced it with a new one. My point is meron pong scenario na hindi nakikita defects sa day one inspection
I know 5 days is incomparable with his 2 weeks so anything could’ve happened
well duh, that much is obvious but if you read back sa comments ni other op he's fully aware with the risks it's just the way the shop handled the entire thing sya na off is what I am getting
Genuine question, how can you tell that there's physical damage on the item if there's actually no signs of physical damage (like scratches, dents, dings, cracks, or others)? You provided the warranty, so shouldn't the burden of proof be on you? Shouldn't you provide the customer with hard evidence on why you can't keep your end of the warranty? You said in one of your comments that you provide the same warranty as big resellers, but with them, they actually give a valid reason and solid proof (like they show evidence of water damage, bent connectors, tampered internals, etc.) on why the warranty is void.
Did you provide those to the customer when you assessed the item for repair? Because without those, it kinda sounds like you're mostly basing your assessment on a lot of assumptions and allegations.
Also, your argument that the customer should've checked the item upon purchase contradicts the purpose and essence of warranties, which are often used for issues that show up after date of purchase. Dead pixels and dead pixel lines are widely known manufacturing defects in all types of devices with screens. Some of those are well-documented to show up randomly or just after software updates, even in devices that seemed flawless during date of purchase. How did you determine that the customer's issue was their fault and was not a manufacturing defect?
If you're not going to honor warranties simply because the issue wasn't present during date of purchase, then what's the point of the warranty at all?
Tried having a screen repaired sa Samsung and Sony. Parehong walang physical damage pero nakita pa rin na internal damage siya and not defect. Paid for the screen replacement sa Samsung kasi di raw covered ng warranty.
How about you address that? lmao
Madam, base lang dun sa post nung buyer, ang issue din kasi is how it was addressed.
O sige na, benefit of the doubt na baka nga si buyer ang naka-damage. Kaya void 'yung store warranty.
How true is it that your husband was mocking and cracking jokes of buying it back for 25k? Saka totoo din bang nag-disable kayo ng reviews after they submitted their feedback? Ang disrespectful din kasi sa customer. You could have been professional about the transaction.
Pweh!
Since may physical store at nagbebenta po kayo ng 2nd hand items, dapat pinapaliwanag nyo, nasa resibo coverage ng warranty, kung service lang ba yan, or parts and service, mahirap sabihin na that’s the risk of buying second hand specially malaking halaga yung pinaguusapan, di nyo rin pwedeng sabihin na goods yung unit bago umalis sa store nyo, kaya nga kayo ngbibigay ng warranty if ever magkaproblem pag inuwi na sa bahay..
Di nyo na po concern kung san man dinala yung unit, or kung pano nya ginamit, ang concern nyo lang dyan kung nagkadamage physically, aesthetically yung unit, or kinalikot ba or binuksan, kung hindi naman, i honor nyo kung ano binigay nyong warranty kung meron man kayong pinagusapan…hindi naman yan fb marketplace na usually as is yung mga binebentang items
The point of the buyer is the after- sales experience in your store. Since you mentioned you have CCTV, please post not just the buying video but the return video.
Proving the stereotypes right si maem. Relax lang po paki klaro yung warranty and exchange policies ninyo, buyer can always report you to DTI and have a proper forum, but judging your the hostile tone of your replies i doubt you would honor any warranty or exchange policies
Esp since alam na nila sino babantayan nila and anong gadget. And the fact na nag effort kayo to post and reply to all the users sa kabilang post to reas your side is VERY SUS.
Op from the other post says mocking na daw tono nung tao sa shop tapos nag offer pa I buyback 25k daw which I think yun yung di nya nagustuhan
But did your store really say that you'd buy it back for 25k? You didn't address that in your post

Ayaw nalang iadmit na squammy at mayabang yung asawa niya e hahahaha
Totoo yan , karamihan sa greenhills when it comes to after sales support mga bastos. Walang professionalism sa katawan.
It's like your buying a gadget sa palengke.

…..and that’s the risk of buying 2nd hand / refurbished units.
well duh, that much is obvious but if you read back sa comments ni other op he's fully aware with the risks it's just the way the shop handled the entire thing sya na off is what I am getting

Even CDR King have 1 week warranty. Wagkana umiyak seller balik monalang pera.
Nabobother ako sa spelling ng "us." Us te, not as.

Pakita nyo yan tapos usapan
Sabay may pa muslim card pa ano naman kinalaman nun dito haha.
Shops to avoid. hindi nag h-honor ng warranty.
Sila pa may lakas maghamon magdala daw ng pulis. E wala naman magagawa ang pulis. Ipa-DTI na yan.

"For sure ikaw nagdamage nyan." Pano kayo naging sure? Chineck nyo ba? Or inassume nyo lang na burara yung bumili?
