Today is the fourth day that this pedophile, Sanskari Shashi Bhushan Upadhyay, has not been arrested. Is there a SPECIAL RESERVATION for a particular caste to commit sexual crimes and get away with it? Weren't the Bilkis Bano rapists called Sanskari?
