Australians have unleashed on Chinese automaker 🇨🇳 BYD after thousands of its electric vehicles arriving through Port Kembla, New South Wales’ main vehicle import hub, were dumped at Jamberoo Action Park, a popular theme park that sits about 120km south of Sydney, without Kiama Council’s approval. Jamberoo lodged a development application on Aug 22 for the land to be used as a car park for vehicles unrelated to park visitors. On Oct 20, Kiama Council rejected the development application for continued use, citing rural zoning and traffic concerns. news.com.au/technology/mot news.com.au/technology/mot abc.net.au/news/2025-10-2 amp.nine.com.au/article/cd88f5
