The large food supermarket "Lopia Nagahama Store" will open in March 2026 .
According to the large-scale retail store notification form (acceptance number 260-1 ) accepted by Fukuoka City on July 8, 2025 , a store called "(tentative name) Lopia Nagahama Store" is planned to open on the site of the former pachinko parlor "Parlor Lucky Minato Store" in Chuo-ku , Fukuoka City .

 

 

According to the store opening plan, the store will be located in an existing nine- story steel-framed building with a building area of ​​2,671 square meters on a 3,584 square meter site.
The first floor is the commercial floor where the store is located , and floors 2 to 5 are parking floors.
The total floor area is planned to be 17,660 square meters, of which the store area will be 1,517 square meters .
It is scheduled to be completed in early January 2026 and open in March of the same year.

 

 

The large-scale retail store notification form states that the surrounding location includes accommodation facilities on the northwest side of the planned site, apartment buildings on the northeast side, detached houses and apartment buildings that double as offices on the southeast side, and apartment buildings that double as shops on the southwest side.
The large-scale retail store notification form will be available for public inspection at the Fukuoka City Economic, Tourism and Cultural Affairs Bureau and the Fukuoka Prefecture Department of Commerce and Industry from July 18 to November 18 , 2025 .

The company and store name "Lopia" comes from "Low Price Utopia."
