With MinIO discontinuing docker images we might want to consider using community built images or garage.

We don't use any minio docker images as far as I am aware. We have an installation script and install from the binary distribution when appropriate.

To give some context, we only use minio for some testing on our S3 implementation.

Ah sorry @raulcd, I didn't realize we're using it as a binary. Here's our installation script. It seems that binary distribution is also stopping but installing from source will be available in case need a newer version at some point. (Although that is unlikely to happen often given our CI-only usecase)
