悪意ある切り取りネットニュースが散見されますが、私の質問の趣旨は違います。不起訴率は外国人被疑事件の方が【低い】のです。そのうえで、外国人犯罪も日本人犯罪も不起訴になる事が多いのが問題で、全ての事件の起訴率を上げていかねばならないという質問です。質問記事画像参照ください。
