認定NPO法人フローレンスの駒崎弘樹氏が、十数園の保育園を運営してるから20億円の補助金は妥当と言っています。 しかし、当社が試算したところ、多く見積もっても凡そ7億が関の山です。 駒崎氏は委員として政府に政策提言をする際に、公定価格以外に補助金が出ているのに、それを記載しない不適切な収支報告を提示して、赤字であると強調して政府に公費総額を迫ったことがあります。 それを批判したところ、浜田聡元参議院議員より質問主意書の起草を依頼頂き、実際に政府に提出されました。 ____________________________________ 積算根拠について 当社では、保育園を経営しています。 ①定員19名の小規模保育事業所 ➡️ 東京都内で7千万円程 ②定員25名の小さい認可保育所 ➡️ 千葉県内で7千万円程 ③定員60名の中規模認可保育所 ➡️ 東京都内で1.6〜1.8億円程 の実績になります。情報公開もしています。 ①フローレンスの小規模園は定員12名が7園 　➕企業主導型保育園が2園 ②フローレンスの小さい認可保育所は 　定員30名が1園 ③フローレンスの中規模認可保育所は 　定員50名が1園 ①定員12名なら5千万円程が相場✖️9園 ※ 企業主導型は認可外なので補助金はもっと少ないですが便宜上参入 ②定員30名なら都内でも9千〜1億円が相場 ③定員50名なら都内でも1.5億円が相場 ①計約4.5億➕②約1億円➕③約1.5億 概算ですが多く見積もっても約7億円 保育園を複数経営しているからと言う理由は、整合性がありません。 さらに公明党や自治体の首長からの後援を受けて、特別に補助金を得たり、区有地の激安貸与やふるさと納税の寄付金などを受けています。 ____________________________________ 認定NPO法人フローレンスの最大の問題は居宅訪問型保育×訪問看護 note.com/hachi0802/n/n7 参議院質問主意書 自らを利する政府委員の政策提言に基づき政府が利益誘導に関与した可能性に関する質問主意書 sangiin.go.jp/japanese/joho1
