We, the students of Biol 306-225, are deeply concerned about the decision to replace our Graduate Teaching Assistant. Throughout the semester, our GTA has been an outstanding teacher, mentor, and supporter of student success. She has consistently demonstrated patience, understanding, and strong teaching ability, while also fostering a positive and supportive classroom environment.

Over time, we have built a close bond with her and greatly value the way she explains concepts, answers questions, and encourages us to learn. Losing her at this point not only disrupts our education but also removes a trusted and effective teacher who has already proven her ability to connect with and guide students.

We strongly urge the department to reconsider this decision and allow our GTA to continue supporting this class. Our learning and overall experience are greatly enhanced by her presence, and we believe her contributions should not be overlooked.

One of the best GTA I have ever had. Deserves to teach our class.
