ずっと出張に行っていた夫がやっと帰ってきたので、バター酒蒸しハンバーグをつくりました。フライパンひとつ、ヘラで混ぜるだけだから、包丁も手も使わずに20分で完成します。酒蒸しにした汁をそのままソースにするのもポイント。牛乳をたっぷり入れると、ふっくらとして美味しいんです。
