  Highly recommended seller! I want to commend Bill from Collecting The Past on his proactive and tireless actions to fix what was a terrible situation caused by a very careless UPS worker. My purchase of rare animation maquettes arrived severely damaged after UPS failed to appropriately package them. Bill kept in daily contact with me to resolve the situation with UPS. After over a month of emails, calls and messages, he finally got it resolved (as much as possible). Thanks Bill!

  Packaging of product was perfect. Once, I took out the item (frame) I seen the back of the frame was dirty and jewel pieces had dried glue all over. Never again buying from this seller. After a few messages letting this seller know the product was damaged, she did try to refund me but due to the nature being out of town for a funeral unfortunately I couldn’t respond or send the product back asap. Beware of this seller , will send evil messages after for giving her bad feedback .
