Japs love Whites and wish they looked like us, which is why they usually depict characters as Whites in anime and vidya (even when the characters are Japanese and the story takes place in Japan).
* The way it's written isn't logical: it would've been logical if it said "Is the super saiyan form modeled after the Aryan man?" for example, or if the intent was to ask if the transformation was modeled after the Aryan mentality of improving ourselves and seeking greater wisdom/strength/etc then it should've been written in a way that better matched that intent. The odd way it's written suggests it was written by either a very young kid or a non-White. Probably the latter judging by that Comic Vine poster's avatar which features a nigger:
