How I Embrace Education as a Way of Life
Education is the asset that makes you live or die
After decades spent with 100% humans—I’m only 50% human, like Spock—I learned something: most people have already died, but they don’t know.
I also learned something about my 50% human. I was among those people.
Fortunately for you and me, my other 50% – my Vulcan part – noticed that terrible situation, even though it took 50 years and two children.
But there is no value in whining about lost time. It is better to consider it as the cost of discovery and build a freer and more beautiful future. Did it cost a lot? Well, let’s make it an investment!

Nobody knows what life is, but any human on Earth has a precise idea of what makes a good life, even a marvelous life.
Where does that idea come from?
Our education released an idea of a good life into our souls. Education means:
- The example our parents showed us
- The environment in which we grew up
- Behaviors and information that the school taught us
- The friends whom we crossed and cultivated
