Compact Live Updates: More Colleges Weigh Responses as Deadline for Feedback Looms

Monday is the deadline for the nine colleges who received the Trump administration’s proposed “Compact for Academic Excellence in Higher Education” to submit feedback on the document. So far they have been united in their hesitation; six have said they will not sign on to its provisions.
