The story is set in Rainbow City, a city where nature and civilization coexist in harmony.

One day, the protagonist learns of the existence of "Kamen Riders" who have lost their true memories due to the body modifications performed by "Chaosism."

The protagonist inherits the role of "Agent" from his late father, supporting Kamen Riders.

Alongside 16 unique Kamen Riders, varying in age, occupation, and beliefs, he becomes embroiled in a battle to change their "destiny" and restore their memories!​

Chao Stones are mysterious stones that can draw out the power of Kamen Riders. ​To obtain these Chao Stones, embark on "investigations" with the Kamen Riders. ​
By visiting various locations in Rainbow City, you can interact with citizens and trigger "episodes" with the Kamen Riders. ​
The strength of the Chao Stones you ultimately obtain will change depending on your actions during the investigation. Repeatedly conduct "Investigations" to obtain "Chaos Stones" that match each Kamen Rider.

[Battle]

Unleash the power of the "Chaos Stones" you've acquired through investigations in battle!

Skills are activated automatically, allowing for simple gameplay with no complicated controls required.

Defeat enemies with special moves that showcase each Kamen Rider's unique personality.

[Base]

Interact with Kamen Riders at the "Masked Cafe," which operates as a hideout for "Agents."

By interacting with them and increasing your affection level, you can unlock stories, voice acting, and more.​
