プロセカはFlostaを介さないとフラスタを贈れないのに会場未納の依頼者に連絡メールすらしていないのか… ウマ娘だけ連絡するのは意味が分かりませんね。 どちらの公式も推奨業者として斡旋した責任もあるので認定取り消ししないと駄目でしょ。 今後の祝花受入れ辞退にまで繋がりそうで嫌だな。
