誹謗　他者を悪く言う事 中傷　根拠のない嘘やデタラメで他人の名誉を傷つける事 名誉棄損は、「名誉」を傷つけられたことを訴えるもので、誹謗中傷が事実かどうかは関係がありません。 事実であっても、名誉が傷つけられれば犯罪行為として罰せられます。
