Genki Honpo Freeze-Dried (Blueberry & Fig) ▼

We used "figs" and "blueberries" produced in Ehime Prefecture and finished them as freeze-dried products. The crisp texture of the dried fruit spreads a pleasant tartness when combined with yogurt. You can enjoy it by soaking the fruit in the yogurt liqueur or by drinking it with the fruit inside.

The combination of German Pinot Noir Rosé and Yamauni Tofu from Kumamoto Prefecture. It's a perfect match, as if two people with no connection met by fate. The subtle acidity of the wine's strawberries and berries and the slight sweetness of the moromi in the Yamauni Tofu enhance each other's flavors without interfering. I would also like to try it with Okinawan Tofuyo.

"Yamauni Tofu from Kumamoto and German Rosé" was the best combination. If you sprinkle sansho on the recommended way to eat Yamauni, the wine becomes endless.
