They do but they keep their identities hidden so that its harder to link them to their crimes.

How do they keep their identities a secret?
Assuming that you're only referring to the female delinquents (who wear masks), how would they continue keeping their identities hidden in the event that the school bans masks?

They would wear it outside of school. They aren't causing criminal activities in school.
