これも事実誤認でな 開発者ではなく、購入者(使用者)がバグを決める、つまり、使用者が意図しない挙動を示すのがバグ、そのバグに潜んでいたのが脆弱性な だから、ドキュメント不備、事前説明の不足といってるんよ
