The last true American pioneer. RIP in peace and may God welcome warmly into his fold Fedsmoker.

Minor powerlevel sperging: Once worked as a nursing assistant and met a lot of degen voyeur-loving patients who don't care about their nakedness. Sometimes dementia patients would unclothe themselves when left unattended. Problem is, patients should not be fully exposed at any time. Civil rights goes both ways, as staff and other patients have the right to not see indecency. A professional should be with patients at all times when performing procedures and the curtain should be drawn to preserve patient dignity. Many healthcare personnel stop giving a shit about naked human bodies after working in healthcare for so long but still does not matter. You always, always respect modesty.
Any respectable healthcare facility would take Fedsmoker's complaint about the naked woman very seriously. Police barely know the law so they had no idea how to respond to Fedsmoker. He had to return to that facility it occurred, tell the head nurse there when it happened and which room number it was. The superior would look up the nurse or cna on duty at the time and ask them why the patient was left exposed long enough for a bystander to see the naked patient. Even in surgery, patients must not be exposed and blankets are used to cover the patient besides the working area.
