They were very specific for where my healing progress was at. In the acute stage, they didn't do much. Then I progressed to laying on my back and doing pelvic tilts, putting a band on my knees and spreading them apart, putting a ball between my knees and squeezing it, side to side rotations with my knees pulled up. As I progressed I did walking lunges, squatted walks with a cable machine, etc..
Belly fat is the last to go, almost always. You have to be in and stay in a calorie deficit to lose the fat. Im talking months if that's how much you need to lose. Weight training really helps speed it up, especially working your legs. If you're constantly working your muscles, you go through a body recomposition phase where you're actually burning fat to build muscle. If you really want to speed it up cut your carb intake to about 15% of your diet. You need some for energy, but carbs are a physique killer if you're sitting a lot.

I have 16 Audible book credits to use. What are some good book recommendations?
That's good that you recognized and made changes. I think that's the reason a lot of people lie. They don't feel great about themselves and don't want to disappoint others or risk looking bad by telling the truth.
The reality is none of us are perfect. If we make a mistake, owning it and learning from it will take us much further than lying in the long run.

I found that on the web. A new injector solved it. But I would clean or replace the egr valve and map sensor first.
Sounds like a disk issue. Rest and try to keep your spine neutral for a while (minimal bending, twisting, etc) bend down with your knees and hips if you need to. Alternate ice and heat. Take over the counter anti-inflammatory meds. Drink lots of water/electrolytes. Lots of good info and stories in r/sciatica
I had a mental breakdown Christmas eve 2019 after drinking a lot and dealing with bad seasonal depression. My wife finally said adamantly that I need to do something before I spiral further out of control.
I've had about 5 drinks since then and regret all of them.
I moved from alcohol to being addicted to fitness and eating healthy. Best thing I've done. My marriage is better, I'm more present for my kids, and I feel 15 years younger now.
