The story behind our Flaking Machine Range
As a systems integrator, the Van Mourik Group has decades of experience in integrating and maintaining various types of flake processing machinery. We always ran into the fact that suppliers were not providing the support and technological development to meet the recurring questions and proposals from the market. Most flaking machines require frequent manual adjustments resulting in a costly, inefficient, and time-consuming process. Eventually, we decided to develop, together with our own experienced technicians and some of the world’s best industry experts, our own flaker range.
We are therefore very proud that our Flaking Machines answer the market’s demand for greater flexibility in terms of machine setup, a more representative sample collection, and a higher degree of automation on recipe and fault reporting. The Van Mourik Flaking machines are suitable for food and feed industry flaking, or for the oilseed industry to prepare flakes for oil extraction. We also specifically focus on the replacement market and system integrators.
