本日午後、国民民主党の同僚議員ならびに全国の自治体議員の代表にお集まりいただき、党の地方制度調査会（第１回）を開催しました。 会議では、 1）圏域行政の強化 2）特別自治市の制度化 3）地域の持続的発展の確保 の三点にわたる「検討方針」を確認するとともに、来たる臨時国会において「特別自治市」を制度化する地方自治法改正案の提出を目指すことを決定しました。 地方制度＝統治機構は、経済社会の基盤であり、経済成長はもとより、災害対策にも深く関わる極めて重要な分野ですが、この分野はこれまで維新の独壇場となってきました。 本日からは、統治機構改革の分野でも、維新ではなく国民民主党が全国政党としてリードしていく決意です。 国民民主党は、政策実現にこだわる政党であり、決して政局に利用するつもりはありません。やるからには、実現に向けて全力で取り組んでまいります。 皆さまのご協力とご支援を心よりお願い申し上げます！ 参考 地方制度の変遷と今後の改革方針 国民民主党地方制度調査会 drive.google.com/file/d/1kvcaVr
