Absoluuuutely. Worked from 11am-9pm (1100-2100). Had a few left over in the fridge, thought I'd indulge in the goodness of VB haha. Day off tomorrow!
Well earned, VB gets a bad wrap but I challenge anyone take a sip after a days work and not smile. Also I hope you hummed the tune and looked off into an imaginary camera after the first sip.
This reminds me of my friend. I told him about shower beers and he had never heard of it before. He came in the next day and said it was lame. He said he was sitting on the couch and decided to get in the shower and have a beer. I said no, you have to have had a long tough day, and you grab a beer while you head to the shower. He tried that and said he loved it.
That's the only way!
Needs a big cold beer.

Get on the Furphys. VB for me is only a last resort. Or on a stinking hot day when you've been working like a dog.
I've tried and enjoy the Furphy! But so far my preference lies with VB

Furphy is by far my favourite beer. Quite crisp without being too over the top. The brewery does some mad food as well

The memories VB brings back! Is it even imported in to the US? I was in the Navy for years...visted Australia 6 times and the first thing I'd do, after pulling in to port, was find a pub and VB.

I grew up in qld so xxxx was my thing. VB was a dirty word and then they changed it back to original flavour and I am a fan, isn’t usually in the fridge as I’ve got a love for coopers for last few months but if someone brings a slab to work I’ll jump on one or two or three....
