これ久保書店の主張に法的根拠あんの？ 刊行中の雑誌でもなく、四半世紀前に休刊した雑誌だし、内容だって趣味のファンイベントの域を出ない。どう見ても不当な圧力に見える。特許庁のデータベース見ると商標登録すらしていない。商標権すら存在しないのに、いったい何の権利を侵されたと思ってるの？
