AIって基本合法←これが基本デマ 著作権法30条の4で言われてんのは非享受目的の解析や分析までであり、既存の著作物に類似する生成物を公開したりそれで商売しようとするのは合法ではないよ それをさも生成AIはまるっと合法であるかのように触れ回るのはデマの流布なのでやめることをおすすめする
