Nearly a quarter century of apparent progress since I transitioned appears to have vanished in a flash. I am shocked and saddened by the intensity of the whiplash, and how quickly progress can be shown to be built on a shaky foundation.

Clearly youth transition makes a HUGE difference in the life trajectory for many. Especially for natal boys with persistent and severe gender dysphoria
