13:45 Welcome Festival Welcome to Shiga! Come and enjoy the free and fun performances that herald the start of the tournament, as well as the excitement that only a sports festival can offer. Broadcast available
14:25 Opening Program This is the beginning of the cheer story to send support to the athletes! Come enjoy the diverse charms of Shiga, including its history, culture and arts. In the second half, there will be a cheer lecture to welcome the athletes. Broadcast available
15:15 ceremony The athletes enter the stadium! After the torch is lit and the entrance is over, a total of 1,000 performers perform. There are also moments when the audience can join in. Let's convey our passionate support to the athletes through call and response (claps and shouts)! Broadcast available

16:13 Ending Program Nishikawa Takanori (PR Ambassador for Wata-SHIGA Shining National Sports and Para-Sports) will be singing a song to encourage the athletes who are about to compete and to cheer on everyone who will be gathering at Wata-SHIGA Shining National Sports! *You will not be able to leave the venue from the time admission closes (14:25) until the end of all programs (scheduled for 16:50).

*During this ceremony, radio broadcasts will be made within the venue to provide information to visually impaired people and others.
