| 14:25 | Opening Program | This is the beginning of the cheer story to send support to the athletes! Come enjoy the diverse charms of Shiga, including its history, culture and arts. In the second half, there will be a cheer lecture to welcome the athletes. | Broadcast available

| 15:15 | ceremony | The athletes enter the stadium! After the torch is lit and the entrance is over, a total of 1,000 performers perform. There are also moments when the audience can join in.
