I. Introduction
At present, complicated equipment leads to more and more high requirement of equipment, the environment of equipment use becomes more and more severe, and the cost of maintenance support is increasing, these factors make people seriously explore and study the problem of reliability. Reliability refers to the ability of machine part, equipment or system to perform a specified function within a predetermined time and under specified conditions. Reliability is an important guarantee for weapon equipment to form support capability and play operational effectiveness. It is also an important way to reduce equipment maintenance support resources and reduce the use and support costs. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the reliability data of aviation equipment components and get the fault characteristics, so as to determine the method and principle of its maintenance. The purpose of this paper is to provide a reliability data analysis and life prediction method based on Weibull distribution, so as to provide a basis for aviation maintenance support to develop maintenance strategies and factories to improve product reliability.
