If you know the channel that the video was uploaded from, you could try browsing that channel on the Wayback Machine for the video. This could include looking at their homepage, their uploads or their playlists. It's possible that some of those pages will have been archived, and that could lead you to the video. Also, if random videos on their channel have been archived, the recommended videos on that video's page could lead you to the video you're trying to find. Recommended videos also lead to other recommended videos, which can help you too. It can feel like navigating a labyrinth at times, so good luck.

I also recommend trying the Twitter search function. If the uploader has a Twitter account, it's possible they sent a tweet with a link to the video when they uploaded it. Even if they haven't, it's possible that someone else posted a tweet saying 'I liked/favourited a video from...', which could also give you the URL. Getting to learn how the Twitter search function works can be incredibly useful.

Recently, I found a site called www.listubes.com, which lists all the videos that YouTubers have ever uploaded (even privated/deleted/unlisted ones). If you're lucky, their channel will be on there.

If all else fails, Google can help. It's possible that someone commented about the video you're looking for on some obscure forum or something. There are many roads you can go down here. The URL could be really be found anywhere.

Finding the URL of a deleted video is half the battle. I understand the struggle, so I wish you the best of luck. I hope this helps.
