より 弁護士Cに関して内容を見ていくと、4月から10月の件数で見ると72.5%が連絡調整で同行を含めると77.5%、時間で見ると約40%になりますね(1枚目)。 令和4年度のColaboのDV交付金の事業計画書(2枚目)や実績報告書(3枚目)で、法的支援として「弁護士が本人の代理人として手続きや調整を行う」(要約)とあるので、それに該当するのかなと思いますが、見方によっては・・・という話ですね。 東京都も「法的支援」はこの形を想定していたのかなぁ・・・。
