Zhang Qian (张倩), who’s from an elite family in Shanghai according to Chinese media and studied at Dartmouth and then Harvard Business School, left the US in 2023, 2 years before Trump’s visa plan… so how was she pushed to move to Portugal by the plan? 
And if she’s on an H-1B visa, she’s not a citizen, right? so why did she feel like a second-class citizen?
