CAPTCHA v2 (4×4 image grid) has three types of image captchas:
- Select images that contain an obstacle such as one or more cars.
- Select all tiles that contain the one object.
- Select images that contain a certain object such as a car, but selected images fade out in slow motion and new images fade in place of them. Like a whack-an-image game.
The slowly fading pictures of a CAPTCHA(v2) are troublesome:
- CAPTCHA asks me to also look at the new pictures that haven't even faded in yet.
- The slowly fading captcha doesn't work anyway, and CAPTCHA asks me to try again despite having correctively selected every image.
If you get the slowfading CAPTCHAs, don't even bother and
just refresh the CAPTCHA.
