but if you want a summary, the anime most recommended by /a/ryans (aka the only 4 people who frequent this board) are azumanga daioh, galaxy express 999, haibane renmei, legend of the galactic heroes, black lagoon, cowboy bebop, welcome to the NHK, monster, gurren lagann and ghost in the shell. some anime that werent included but i personally like are nichijou (doebeit not as much as azumanga), samurai champloo and jojos bizarre adventure.
