I would buy this shoe again and again!
I wear this product every day, so comfortable with the wide toe box. I took out the regular shoe inserts, put in Power Step Comfort Last, so comfortable!
ONLY shoe in WIDE that fits my feet!
I am female with a very wide foot. The Lone Peak wide 9 / 9+ are truly the only shoe that I can wear and hike in, blister free. I hiked 170 miles in the wide 9+ this spring on the PCT (Campo to Idyllwild) - ZERO blisters. There is a big difference in 'grip' between the lone peak 9 and the 9+... I will only hike on the PCT going forward in the 9+ = the Vibram sole is fab. I do own both and i train in the regular soled lone peak 9s... because they are cheaper, and who cares when you are on a treadmill... but on a cliff -- the 9+ worked for me.
