責任転嫁も甚だしい。 万博協会が通期パスの利用条件 「11時以降」「10/3まで」 の当初計画を変更していなければ、 この9月後半も朝9～11時は、一日券や平日券等を持つ人らが予約を入れられただろうし、 10/4以降は、通期パス以外の人が予約をとれたはずで、 そうすればまだ空きもあったはずでは？
