Just Walk Out technology enables a convenient shopping experience and payment using our fast gates. Just pick-up your items and scan your payment card or Amazon App in-store code at the gate. We'll charge the card attached to your Amazon account and email your receipt. Selected stores have the option to use a self-checkout. You can shop using your Amazon account, a bank card, and, at selected stores, we accept contactless mobile phone payments.

USE GATES WITH JUST WALK OUT TECHNOLOGY
Just Walk Out Technology automatically detects when products are taken from or returned to the shelves and keeps track of them in a virtual basket. Just enter the store, pick-up your items. If you change your mind, just put the item back and it will be removed from your virtual basket. Our brown paper bags are free, just help yourself and you can bag as you shop. Alternatively, you can use your own bag, pockets or borrow one of our baskets if you'd prefer.
Some stores have gates when you enter, and when you exit, but the payment experience is the same. Simply tap your payment card or scan the Amazon App to pay. You don't need to scan your items and this process takes a few seconds, then you're free to leave the store.
