コメントありがとうございます 香川県は四国電力が進めているのと県外企業が進めている2つのパターンのため池太陽光があります。 四国電力の場合　ため池の持ち主、水利組合、土地改良区、近隣住民に話をして30年賃貸契約を結ぶ形です。

昔は池のもっと奥まで神輿を進めて歓喜が上がり、最後にみんなで踊って締めくくりでした。ネットには昔の写真も残ってはいますが、今はどの角度から撮影してもソーラーパネルが映り込んで風情が無くなってしまったのがさみしい限りです。 メガソーラーめがけてダイブする写真に見えてしまいます

香川の小池さんは、たくさん泣いています。 東京の小池さんは、ほくそ笑んでますか? 讃岐平野は山から瀬戸内海側に緩やかに傾斜しているので、ため池は親池→小池→孫池と流れるシステムが江戸時代に作られました。 日本の戸籍制度や家族関係に似た 伝統の素晴らしいシステムです。
